Registered with the Milan Bar Association and authorized to practice before the Higher Courts.
Together with his brothers Giovanni and Luigi, Giuseppe Bana is a founding partner of the Firm.
He has played a leading role in major national and international trials in all areas of corporate criminal law.
Over the years, he has built a cohesive team of professionals working with him, who are currently partners and associates of the Firm and to whom he has always been a master of rigor and passion for the legal profession.
He graduated from the University of Milan and he is registered with the Milan Bar Association, which granted him the gold medal for 50 years of legal practice in 2014.
