It was a complex litigation that involved several Chinese competitors of the renowned Italian brand, which, thanks to their defense lawyers, could assert their rights. Such companies include Wangye Power, assisted by Bana for the criminal proceedings, and by Trevisan & Cuonzo for the civil proceedings, and Znen, whose defense lawyer was Luca De Simone. According to the judge’s ruling, the scooters manufactured by these two companies can be brought back to the market and run on the streets each with their own identity.
